EPS Dikke Wand — maximale isolatie voor lange transporten

EPS dozen met dikke wand (40mm+) bieden maximale isolatieprestatie. Geschikt voor lange transporten, strikt gecontroleerde cold chain en zendingen die meerdere dagen onderweg zijn. De extra wanddikte betekent significantly langere koelduur met dezelfde hoeveelheid koelelementen.

Wanneer dikke wand?

Voor luchtvracht, internationale wegvracht, pharma-distributie en zendingen van 48+ uur. Iets duurder per doos, maar de zekerheid van temperatuurbeheersing is essentieel voor waardevolle lading.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a thick wall retain temperature?
With the correct configuration of gel packs, 48-72 hours. With gel packs in a thick-walled EPS box, below 0°C up to 30 hours, below 8°C up to 48 hours.
Much more expensive than thin wall?
20-30% more expensive per box. Absolutely worth it for long transports and valuable cargo.
With or without drainage holes?
Both variants available.
