Many of our products are used for packaging and chilled shipping of food. Therefore, specific return conditions apply due to food safety.

Return policy

Due to food safety – and because our products are often used for packaging food – they cannot be returned. If products are custom-made to the customer's specifications, they can only be returned if the product is defective.

For returns, you must always first contact one of our employees. We cover the costs associated with returning the shipment. See our full terms on the General Terms and Conditions page.

International shipping

Cooled Solutions ships to almost all countries within Europe. Want to ship outside Europe? Please contact us for advice and information.

Problems with shipping?

If something unexpectedly goes wrong with your delivery or if damage occurs during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via our contact page. We are happy to resolve the issue quickly for you.
