Thermodozen 4-laags — efficiënte oplossing voor standaard transport

De 4-laags thermodoos combineert een kartonnen buitendoos met een 4-laags isolatiezak. Geschikt voor gekoeld transport tot 24 uur. De binnen voering bestaat uit bubbelfolie met daarop gelamineerd een laag gemetaliseerde PET coating — een efficiënte combinatie die producten op temperatuur houdt.

Voor wie is 4-laags geschikt?

E-commerce vers (maaltijdboxen, kaas, vleeswaren), korte food-zendingen, standaard gekoeld transport binnen Nederland en de Benelux. Voor langere transporten of strikte cold chain kies de 6-laags variant.

Opvouwbaar = pallet-efficiënt

De doos en isolatiezak worden ongevouwen geleverd. Hierdoor passen er tot 5x zoveel thermodozen op een pallet vergeleken met opgevouwen EPS — fors voordeel in transport en opslag.

How long does a 4-layer box keep products at temperature?
With enough gel packs or ice packs, typically 24 hours, suitable for next-day delivery within the Netherlands and the Benelux.
Difference with 6-layer?
6-layer has 2 extra insulation layers for longer transports (24-48 hours) and strict cold chain. 4-layer is the most cost-effective for standard transport.
Recyclable?
Cardboard with old paper, insulated liner with plastic waste. Easy to separate for the end user.
